Greenfield Mortgages has been successfully lending since 2009. We specialise in bridging loan services and bridging finance services. Our lending was originally funded through our shareholders, we progressed to launch our first fund in Guernsey in 2011. Today our funding comes from a combination of institutional long term, committed funds under management and our own balance sheet. This means introducers and borrowers can speak with genuine decision-makers and feel comfortable in our ability to deliver.
